3. Artwork and Proof Approval

• Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs.
  
• AKA Screen Printing is not responsible for errors (including spelling, layout, colors, or sizing) once proof approval is received.
  
• Color variations may occur due to differences in screens, inks, and garment materials and are not considered defects.
  

4. Payments

• Payment terms will be outlined on invoices or estimates.
  
• Orders may require full payment or a deposit prior to production.
  
• Late payments may delay order completion or delivery.
  
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
  

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.
